The Don Larson GM Superstore is looking for a Detailer for new/used vehicles in our reputable and fast-paced Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership. Essential Duties

•Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, guiding them to the appropriate person or location for assistance.
•Shuttle customers from the dealership and back, assisting with the pick up and delivery of customers' vehicles.
•Maintain a clean and presentable dealership shuttle vehicle. Notify Service Department Manager when the shuttle needs maintenance and/or repairs.

A Service Advisor is responsible for building strong guest relationships and selling the technicians' time. As we greet and consult customers for their service needs, we perform a thorough walk around inspection of a vehicle as part of the write-up, to promote to value of the scheduled service plus any additional services that may fit the customer's needs.

Duties:
• Ensure our customers receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the departments sales forecast.
• Keep guest informed on completion time, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Field incoming telephone calls for service availability
• Ensure guest has a positive dealership experience by carrying out any special requests or additional assignments.
• Know our product and services product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions about a customer's vehicle.

AUTOMOTIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVE • FULL-TIME

The Don Larson GM Superstore is looking for a Sales Representative to work in our reputable and fast-paced Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership. Responsibilities
•Obtain and maintain a State of Wisconsin Salespersons License
•Complete dealership product knowledge and proper presentation materials, including other services provided by our Service, Parts, and Detail departments.
•Assist in maintaining signage and displays in the showroom and outside on our lot as requested.
•Greet customers and when working with them, document all aspects of their information including identification.
•Work with the Sales Manager to create a work schedule that is appropriate for the needs of the dealership considering lunch and break schedules, days off, and dealership sales forecasting to ensure every customer is served.
•Follow up on sales quotes and completed sales to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer you are in contact with.
•Weather-related activities including cleaning off vehicles with other staff on days where snowfall prohibits vehicles from being seen and/or moved.
•Keep customer records for follow-up and repeat sales opportunities.
•Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency

Dress Code
•Professional dress, wearing a top with the Don Larson logo on it.
•No shorts, jeans, gym shoes, or sandals allowed.
•All other dress code requirements are stated in the Larson Automotive LLC employee handbook and are standard for each and every employee.

Physical Requirements
•Ability to stand for periods up to 8 hours per day
•Vehicles may have to be moved and cleaned, therefore the staff must have the ability to use cleaning devices to sweep snow off vehicles and scrape windows to relieve ice build up. This requires lifting up to 15-20 pounds.

ENTRY LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN • FULL-TIME

Accounting Assistant

Summary
Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounting Assistant performs general accounting duties in accordance with prescribed procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This position is split between the Front Desk and the main Accounting Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
1. (First Priority) Provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner via e-mail, phone, and in-person. All other duties are secondary priorities to customer service.
2. Stock in and arrive new and used vehicles.
3. Prepare dealer trades and driver packets.
4. Maintain the Vehicle Logbook.
5. Scan documents into systems as needed.
6. Maintain account receivables system; mail invoice statements to customers; compile and sort incoming checks; record receipts and take bank deposits to bank.
7. Maintain account payables system; verify invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies; request payment by Office Manager to pay invoices.
8. Prepare and mail out checks.
9. Maintain vendor and supplier Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) and sales tax exemptions in system.
10. Assist with reporting, special projects, and other accounting duties as needed.
11. File and maintain clerical records.
12. Comply with all quality, safety, and governmental laws and regulations.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.  Ability to deal with issues or situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
