I truly appreciate that I was able to customize my truck prior to order and have it come with everything I wanted. Mike in sales was great to work with, but the best service came from Carter. He has answered all of my questions and even came to my house to go through the entire truck, including the touchscreen controls with me.

Vickie in the Service Department was AMAZING! I called early Thursday morning and was told to bring my vehicle out to be looked at. I was 2.5 hours from home when my car had issues. Vickie and team got my car in, diagnosed it and she called me back within an hour to let me know what was going on. The part was ordered and in the next day and by mid-morning Friday my car was done. Vickie called me Friday morning to let me know everything was fixed and ready to be picked up. Being out of town and having car trouble is stressful enough, but Vickie and team went above and beyond to eliminate the stress and make for a great experience!

The entire process was straight and to the point. Our sales and finance persons provided a professional, yet personal experience.
